Job Responsibilities

Implement, and manage IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's objectives.

Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, including mentoring and training team members to ensure optimal performance and professional development.

Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure management, network administration, system maintenance, and user support services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs, evaluate technology solutions, and implement effective solutions that meet business requirements.

Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, budget management, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security standards, and IT best practices across all operations and systems.

Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions that drive business competitiveness.

Administer the ERP software in collaboration with the software provider company, ensuring seamless functionality.

Supervise troubleshooting procedures and oversee system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery efforts, offering specialized support as needed.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, and network operating systems.

Conduct orientation sessions for new users of existing technology and provide training on potential applications.

Cultivate and sustain vendor relationships while overseeing procurement of hardware and software products.

Deploy synchronization and tracking mechanisms to manage nationwide data�effectively.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in retail industry

Experienced in Mediasoft’s Retail Software will get preference

�knowledge regarding Point of Sale management ,Management of Inventory, Price Auditing
